God has issued a statement claiming that the Vatican no longer represents Christianity as He originally intended.

A spokesangel, descending from Heaven in a shaft of light, said "I think if you look at the original document there are a number of clauses that strongly steer away from the kind of wealth the Vatican has built up. Phrases like 'the deceitfulness of riches' and 'the love of money is the root of all evil' weren't put in there for jokes, you know."
