Prize poodle wins Crufts
A poodle won Crufts yesterday and became only the second foreign entrant ever to do so. The prize pooch's full name is Left Right Third Way Contradiction, but is known affectionately to his friends as Blair.
The result was possible only after quarantine laws were relaxed in 2000. "It just shows that overseas pets can be friendly," said Blair's handler, a Mr G. W. Bush of Texas, USA. "Blair is completely harmless to the point of uselessness. He only does anything when I give the word - 'Attack'."
